At AM Custom Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

1. General Return Policy

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom and Engraved Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom and engraved items, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Non-Custom Items: Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

1.2. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

2.1. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ambackyardcreations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

2.2. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ambackyardcreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3.2. Replacement or Refund for Damaged Items
Depending on the availability of the item, we will either replace the damaged or defective item or issue a refund. We may request that you return the damaged item before we send a replacement or process a refund.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

4.2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

5.1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at ambackyardcreations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. Types of Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom and engraved items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

7. Gifts

7.1. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be responsible for handling the return.
