1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1. Standard Orders
All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.2. Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design. Typically, custom orders are processed within 5-7 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3.1. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

3.2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimated based on the selected shipping method and your location. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these estimates are from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Delays

AM Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

6. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

7.1. Damaged Packages
AM Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7.2. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email@example.com] and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email@example.com] before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
